Somaflow operates a transparent refund and cancellation process for its SaaS services.
Schools may cancel their subscription at any time via the admin panel or by contacting our billing team.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window unless otherwise required by law.
One-time setup fees (KES 50,000)(if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted for unused features or partial months.
While we strive for maximum uptime, no refunds will be issued due to maintenance or temporary outages unless downtime exceeds 48 hours continuously.
To initiate a refund, email billing@somaflow.com with your school name, registered email, and reason for cancellation.
