Somaflow operates a transparent refund and cancellation process for its SaaS services.

🔄 Subscription Cancellation

  • Schools may cancel their subscription at any time via the admin panel or by contacting our billing team.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

💰 Refunds

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 7-day window unless otherwise required by law.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Charges

  • One-time setup fees (KES 50,000)(if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be granted for unused features or partial months.

🛠️ Service Downtime

While we strive for maximum uptime, no refunds will be issued due to maintenance or temporary outages unless downtime exceeds 48 hours continuously.
